This site is operated by Parfumour, with its head office in Vilnius, Lithuania (info@parfumour.com) and production in the EU. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use our online store, in line with the GDPR and applicable EU law.

Information that identifies you, such as your name, contact details (email, phone, address), delivery details, payment method and data, order history, IP address, network and location data, your inquiry and complaint history, and information you share publicly.

2. How we use your data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Inactive accounts are deleted after 2 years of inactivity. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@parfumour.com. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within one month, though complex requests can take up to two additional months. If we delete your data, we may keep a copy where this is necessary to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or enforce our agreements.
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania at vdai.lrv.lt.
7. Cookies
