When purchasing from Parfumour store, you have the option to return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving them.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging.

Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, unused, and with an unchanged appearance.

The item must include all components received.

For quality returns, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the delivery time and costs for exchange items may vary.

For high-value items, we recommend using a courier or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you a confirmation.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your card or original payment method.
