Changed your mind, or something arrived wrong? You have 14 days. Here is how it works.

The 14 days

You can send an order back within 14 days of getting it, no reason needed.

Condition

It has to be unused and still sealed in its original packaging. Perfume that has been opened or used cannot go back, for hygiene reasons, unless it arrived faulty or damaged.

Starting a return

Email info@parfumour.com with your order number and we will reply with the return address and what to do next.

Return postage

You cover return postage, unless the item was faulty or we shipped the wrong thing. Use a tracked service, since we can only refund what actually reaches us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, the money goes back to your original payment method within 14 days, and we will email to confirm.

Tell us right away and we will sort it at no cost to you.
