Xerjoff built Dolce Amalfi as a cosy, indulgent gourmand, all sweet apple and warm spice. The idea was comforting luxury, rich and inviting.

That warm sweetness is its appeal. The apple keeps it juicy, the clove adds spice, and the tonka and vanilla make it creamy. Our interpretation follows that same cosy path.
