The Story Behind the Scent

Amouage created Material as a modern, sophisticated green scent, pairing fresh angelica and juniper with an earthy carrot seed and a smoky, leathery base.

Our interpretation follows that character. We keep the angelica, green notes and juniper fresh up top, let carrot seed and geranium carry an earthy middle, and finish on a smoky vetiver, incense and leather base.

How Our Version Compares to the Original

The original is a luxury niche eau de parfum sold at high pricing. We build ours at a high perfume oil concentration and sell direct, so you get the same character for a fraction of the price.
