Missing Person, inspired by Phlur Missing Person (2022)

Missing Person is built to smell like someone's skin up close, a faintly powdery musk with bergamot softened to a nectar. Sheer jasmine, cyclamen and neroli drift through without ever forming a bouquet. Orange flower adds a gentle sweetness. Blond woods and Australian sandalwood sit underneath, giving the musk a smooth surface to rest on.

About the original

Chriselle Lim relaunched Phlur in February 2022 and released Missing Person shortly afterwards, describing it as inspired by her divorce and meant to evoke the lingering smell of a lover's skin. A March 2022 TikTok by Mikayla Nogueira sent it viral, and the first batch sold out quickly with a waitlist of around 200,000. Later sell-outs were stock shortages, and Phlur still sells the eau de parfum. The brand also makes body mist and hair versions.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Phlur stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

As a skin scent it stays quiet and close, which suits anyone who prefers musk to obvious florals. Phlur does not gender it. Buyers hoping for a strong floral or a sweet gourmand will find it too understated.

No. It sold out repeatedly in 2022 because of demand, but Phlur restocked it and still sells the eau de parfum.

Is this the eau de parfum or the body mist?

Ours is inspired by the Missing Person eau de parfum, not the body mist or hair version.

Inside the EU, delivery is free on orders of €49 or more. Below that it is a flat €4.99. Outside the EU, delivery is a flat €4.99 on every order. We send every order in 1 to 2 working days. It arrives in 3 to 7 days across the EU and in 7 to 14 days outside the EU. You have 14 days to return an unopened bottle.
