Parfumour's Interpretation of Calvin Klein CK One

CK One is a fresh clean citrus musk, and our version keeps that feel: a zesty citrus opening, a soft floral heart, and a clean musky base.

The Story Behind the Scent

Released in 1994 and co-crafted by master perfumers Alberto Morillas and Harry Fremont, Calvin Klein CK One is one of the most influential fragrances ever created, a clean, fresh, unisex citrus that helped define the modern shared scent.

Our interpretation follows that character. We keep the bergamot, cardamom and pineapple fresh up top, let jasmine, violet and rose carry a soft middle, and finish on a clean musk, green tea and amber base.

How Our Version Compares to the Original

The original is a designer classic. We build ours at a higher perfume oil concentration so the fresh notes last longer, while keeping the same clean character.

Who It's For

It suits anyone who wants a clean, fresh, versatile unisex scent for daily wear.

Top notes: Bergamot, Cardamom, Pineapple

Heart notes: Jasmine, Violet, Rose

Base notes: Musk, Green Tea, Amber

It opens fresh and zesty, with bergamot, cardamom and a juicy pineapple giving a crisp lift.

The heart is soft and clean, with jasmine, violet and rose keeping it light.

The base is clean and smooth, with musk, green tea and amber giving a fresh, lasting finish.

How close is it to Calvin Klein CK One?

It follows the fresh, clean citrus musk character of the original closely. It is our own interpretation rather than a copy, but the impression is very familiar.

Is it stronger than the original?

We build ours as an eau de parfum with a high perfume oil load, so most people find it projects and lasts as well as, or better than, the original release.

Is this the same perfume as Calvin Klein CK One?

No. We do not use the same formula or ingredients. It is an independent interpretation made to evoke the same style, so you can enjoy the character at our price.

How long does it last?

You can expect several hours on skin. Spraying onto clothing as well as skin helps it last even longer.

Who is it best for?

It is unisex and is ideal for daily wear in any season.

How should I apply it?

Spray on pulse points such as the wrists, neck and inner elbows. A light spritz on clothing makes it last through the day.
