212 White Carolina, inspired by Carolina Herrera 212 White (2003)

212 White is a quiet floral musk. A brief flash of mandarin gives way to a rounded bouquet of peony and rose with jasmine behind them, pale rather than lush. Benzoin, a resin with a vanilla-like sweetness, deepens the base alongside sandalwood. Musk carries the whole composition, so it stays close to the skin with a slightly powdery feel.

About the original

Carolina Herrera released 212 White in 2003 as a winter limited edition of the 212 line, with snowy days at the heart of its theme. A men's counterpart, 212 Men White, was issued alongside it. Perfume databases and resellers agree on the 2003 date, while the concentration is less clear: retail listings show eau de toilette, some fragrance references an eau de parfum. It is not part of Carolina Herrera's current 212 range.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Carolina Herrera stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Those who find most florals too sweet or heady should look at this one, since it stays gentle and slightly powdery. Its launch theme was winter, and the musky texture suits cold days. Without fruit or spice to lift it, some may find it plain.

How does 212 White differ from the 212 VIP editions?

212 White is a gentle floral musk from 2003, while the later VIP limited editions are nightlife scents built on fruit or chocolate. We make Club Edition and Wild Party separately.

Is 212 White Carolina coming back?

It was a limited edition. So far, we have found no announcement from Carolina Herrera about a re-release. Our version is an eau de parfum in 50 ml or 100 ml.
