Fruity davana and kumquat over osmanthus and ylang-ylang, drying down to cinnamon and milky massoia wood. A soft, spiced oriental that suits women who like warmth and a gentle, apricot-tinged fruitiness.
Inspired by Kenzo Jungle Le Tigre (1997), which no longer appears in Kenzo’s Jungle range.

About the perfume
Jungle Le Tigre, inspired by Kenzo Jungle Le Tigre (1997)
Davana, a herb whose oil smells boozy and apricot-like, sets the fruity tone at the top, with kumquat and bergamot adding a bitter citrus peel. Osmanthus deepens the fruit in the heart, its leathery apricot character backed by sweet, slightly banana-like ylang-ylang. Cinnamon brings gentle spice to the base, and massoia wood, a bark with a coconut-milk smell, makes the finish creamy and lactonic.
About the original
Le Tigre arrived in 1997, about a year after Kenzo Jungle L'Élephant, as the second women's scent in the Jungle line. Kenzo still sells the elephant scent, now simply called Kenzo Jungle, together with Kenzo Jungle pour Homme, but Le Tigre is no longer listed. A perfume blog describes it as no longer produced, and users were reporting the same by around 2015.
Our version
Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Kenzo stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits
Compared with L'Élephant, this is the softer and milder sibling, more fruit and milky wood than heavy spice. Lactonic, milky notes shape the drydown, which is worth knowing if they bother you.

Common questions
Is Kenzo Jungle Le Tigre discontinued?
It is no longer listed by Kenzo, and perfume writers report it is no longer produced. Only Le Tigre is affected: Kenzo Jungle, the elephant scent, is still on sale.
How does Le Tigre differ from Jungle L'Élephant?
Le Tigre is the softer, milder of the two, built on fruity davana, osmanthus and milky massoia wood. We also make a scent inspired by L'Élephant.
Is Kenzo Jungle Le Tigre coming back?
So far, we have found no announcement from Kenzo that it will return. Our version is an eau de parfum in 50 ml or 100 ml.
