The Story Behind the Scent

Originally created in 1928 by Ernest Beaux, the nose behind Chanel No. 5, Bourjois Soir de Paris is a legendary powdery floral oriental built around violet, peach and bergamot, an iris, heliotrope, rose and jasmine heart, and a warm amber, sandalwood and vanilla base. It has since been discontinued in its classic form.

Our interpretation brings it back, rebuilt at 40 percent perfume oil so the powdery floral opening and the warm ambered base last far longer than the original.
