Very Sexy Now Wild Palm, inspired by Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Now Wild Palm (2018)

Starfruit gives the first impression a pale, watery tartness, more crisp than tropical. Monoi then takes over: tiaré flowers steeped in coconut oil, a creamy, sun-lotion floral. Underneath sits Georgywood, a modern woody material with a dry, slightly ambery character. There are no aquatic notes, so the beach it suggests is the one on your skin, not in the waves.

About the original

Wild Palm launched in March 2018 as one of two Very Sexy Now beach fragrances for that spring and summer, the other being Very Sexy Now Beach. It came as an eau de parfum in 50 and 100 ml, plus a rollerball and matching body products, and was sold for a limited time. Very Sexy Now is an annual summer release, so other years carry different scents. One reviewer likened Wild Palm to tanning oil and to Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Victoria's Secret stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

The monoi gives it a rich, oily-floral warmth, and it was made as a summer scent. Some will love that tanning-oil effect; others will find it too much like sunscreen.

Is Very Sexy Now Wild Palm discontinued?

Yes. It was a limited edition for Spring/Summer 2018 and is no longer produced.

Is this the same as Very Sexy Now Beach?

No. Both launched in 2018, but Beach is a separate scent, which we also make.

Does Wild Palm smell like the sea?

No. It has no aquatic notes; the beach feeling comes from monoi and warm woods, closer to tanning oil.

Is Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Now Wild Palm coming back?

It was a limited edition. So far, we have found no announcement from Victoria's Secret about a re-release. Our version is an eau de parfum in 50 ml or 100 ml.
