Very Sexy Now, inspired by Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Now (2017)

Guava leads, tropical and sweet-tart, with the mariposa flower adding what the launch copy called a green freshness. Coconut stays in the background rather than taking over, which keeps it from smelling like sun cream. The overall effect is a light, beachy fruity floral.

About the original

Very Sexy Now was a yearly summer limited edition, and Victoria's Secret changed the formula each time, from coconut and gardenia in 2014 to coconut water and tuberose in 2015. The 2017 edition, described by the brand as 'island-inspired', centred on guava and mariposa flower over Soroa coconut. It was sold as Eau de Parfum and as a fragrance mist. Very Sexy Now Beach and Very Sexy Now Wild Palm came later and are separate scents.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Victoria's Secret stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Holidays, hot days and casual plans are where it belongs. Guava rather than coconut is the main note, so if you are after a creamy coconut scent, this one is fruitier and greener.

Each Very Sexy Now was a limited summer edition, and the 2017 version is no longer produced.

Is it the same as Very Sexy Now Beach?

No. Very Sexy Now Beach is a later, separate edition, and we make it as its own product.

Is Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Now coming back?

It was a limited edition. So far, we have found no announcement from Victoria's Secret about a re-release. Our version is an eau de parfum in 50 ml or 100 ml.
