Armani Code Cashmere, inspired by Armani Code Cashmere (2017)

Orange blossom and jasmine sambac open on a fairly rich floral note. Almond milk arrives quickly, giving a nutty, milky smoothness, and heliotrope adds its marzipan-like powder. Iris dries the middle slightly and keeps the sweetness in shape. Suede and leather then line the base, with incense and patchouli giving faint smoke.

About the original

Code Cashmere was released in 2017 as a flanker of Armani Code for Women, and fragrance references credit Carlos Benaïm, Dominique Ropion and Claire Liégent with its creation. Its almond milk, heliotrope and suede give it a creamy, powdery character. It no longer appears in Armani's official US range, and is reported as discontinued; even the main Code for Women EDP is listed among Armani US's discontinued products.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Giorgio Armani stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Cozy and sensual, it is at its best on cool evenings in knitwear. The almond and powder are prominent throughout, and the marzipan tone tips it towards gourmand, which will feel too sweet to some.
