Armani Code Absolu Femme, inspired by Armani Code Absolu pour Femme (2019)

Ginger gives the first spray a spark, set against neroli and mandarin. White flowers arrive quickly: tuberose with its rich, almost buttery heft, orange blossom and jasmine. Rather than staying green or fresh, the bouquet sinks into vanilla and tonka bean, with sandalwood adding a smooth, milky woodiness at the end.

About the original

Armani released Code Absolu pour Femme in 2019 as an eau de parfum flanker of Armani Code for Women (2006), in a gold-toned bottle. Launch coverage called it sparkling, sensual and opulent. Armani now lists it as discontinued, though Armani Code for Women itself is still sold. A men's Armani Code Absolu also appeared in 2019 and is a different fragrance.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Giorgio Armani stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Opulence is its main trait: tuberose and vanilla are both prominent, and the result is rich and enveloping. The ginger keeps the opening from feeling heavy. Some people find tuberose heady, so anyone unsure of it should know it is central here.

Yes. Armani's US site lists it as discontinued. The main Armani Code for Women eau de parfum is still on sale.

Is this the women's or the men's Code Absolu?

The women's, from 2019. Armani's men's Code Absolu from the same year is a separate scent built for men.

Is Armani Code Absolu Femme coming back?

So far, we have found no announcement from Giorgio Armani that it will return. Our version is an eau de parfum in 50 ml or 100 ml.
