Paradigme, inspired by Prada Paradigme (2025)

Paradigme is built back to front. Instead of opening on citrus, it leads with the base: Peru balsam, which smells like vanilla-tinged resin, benzoin and the smoky, slightly sweet dryness of guaiac wood. Bourbon geranium then brings a rosy, leafy green tone into the middle. Only later does Calabrian bergamot surface with a cloud of airy musk, so the scent seems to grow lighter as it goes on, alternating amber depth with freshness.

About the original

Prada unveiled Paradigme on 1 August 2025 as its new masculine signature, with Tom Holland as the face. Marie Salamagne, Bruno Jovanovic and Nicolas Bonneville created it together. Press described the structure as a 'reversed pyramid', in which the ambery woods are perceived before the citrus. It comes in a refillable bottle lacquered from black to green, marked with a tilted triangle.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Prada stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

It suits men who like ambery woods but want some freshness alongside them. The geranium adds a rosy, herbal angle. Anyone expecting a classic citrus blast at the first spray should know the bergamot only arrives later.

First comes the base: Peru balsam and benzoin give a resinous, lightly sweet amber, and guaiac wood adds a dry, smoky woodiness.

Bourbon geranium forms the heart, rosy and green at once, which keeps the amber from going syrupy.

At the end, Calabrian bergamot and airy musks lighten everything, leaving a cleaner, citrus-tinged trail over the woods.

Is Paradigme the same as Prada Paradoxe?

No. Paradigme (2025) is Prada's men's signature fragrance, while Paradoxe is a separate women's line, which we also make.

What does a reversed pyramid mean here?

The base notes, mainly the ambery woods, are noticed first and the bergamot arrives last, the opposite of the usual citrus-first opening.
