The apple here is green and tart, paired with lemon and bergamot for a clean, zesty start. Rose comes through next, lifted by pink pepper, with a pineapple accord that links it to the men's original. The base turns earthy as patchouli and birch meet musk, giving a woody finish to what began as fresh fruit.

About the original

Aventus for Her arrived in 2016 as the women's counterpart to Aventus, Creed's 2010 men's fragrance. It shares the pineapple, birch and patchouli of the original but swaps blackcurrant leaf and jasmine for green apple and rose. Creed describes it as woody fresh, crisp, fruity and floral. It remains part of the Aventus line on Creed's UK, US and European sites.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Creed stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Its admirers call it fresh and cheerful, and it may appeal to women who find fruity florals too sweet. The citrus opening can feel tart, and some wearers think the patchouli and birch base leans towards the masculine side of the Aventus family.

Is Aventus for Her a women's version of Aventus?

Yes. Creed released it in 2016 as the women's counterpart; it keeps pineapple, birch and patchouli but adds green apple and rose. The men's Aventus is a separate product in our range.

Is it sweet?

Not especially. The apple is green and tart and the base is earthy patchouli, so it reads crisp rather than sugary.
