Khamrah, inspired by Lattafa Khamrah (2022)

Khamrah starts spiced and slightly boozy, as Lattafa itself puts it, with cinnamon in the lead and bergamot keeping the first minutes from feeling heavy. The heart turns to dates and praline, a sticky, nutty sweetness, with tuberose and lily of the valley adding a floral thread. In the base, roasted tonka and vanilla take over, deepened by the resins benzoin and myrrh. Akigalawood, a peppery material derived from patchouli, and amber wood give the finish a dry woody edge.

About the original

Lattafa released Khamrah in 2022 as a unisex eau de parfum. It was later followed by three flankers, Khamrah Qahwa, Khamrah Dukhan and Khamrah Waha, which are separate fragrances; this page refers to the original. No perfumer is credited by the brand or by the main perfume database listing.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Lattafa stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

With its sugared spice, Khamrah leans cosy rather than fresh. Cinnamon and sweetness stay prominent throughout, which may put off those who prefer a drier scent.
