The Story Behind the Scent

Yankee Candle built Clean Cotton around one of the most comforting smells there is, fresh, sun dried cotton. The idea was pure, clean comfort, crisp and homely.

That fresh cleanliness is its appeal. The lemon keeps it bright, the cotton blossom and linen make it soft, and the musk keeps it cosy. Our interpretation turns that beloved scent into a wearable fragrance.
