The Story Behind the Scent

Released in 1987, LouLou became an icon of its era, a bold, powdery oriental floral built around tuberose and ylang ylang that felt glamorous and unmistakably vintage.

Our interpretation follows that character. We keep the plum and anise up top, let tuberose, ylang and orchid fill a heady middle, and finish on a warm vanilla, sandalwood and benzoin base.

How Our Version Compares to the Original

The original is a designer classic. We build ours at a higher perfume oil concentration so the rich florals last longer, while keeping the same vintage character.
