Bombshell, inspired by Victoria's Secret Bombshell (2010)

Passion fruit sets the tone here, tangy and tropical, with a lively, sparkling feel. Peony follows as the floral centre, fresh and rosy. Vanilla orchid brings a smooth sweetness underneath, and Italian pine adds an unexpected resinous, green accent that stops the fruit from becoming candy-like. The whole composition is cheerful and easy to read.

About the original

Victoria's Secret launched Bombshell in September 2010, and the brand now calls it America's No. 1 fragrance. It has grown into a large family of flankers, from Bombshell Intense to Gold and a series of city editions, several of which we also make. This page follows the original eau de parfum rather than any of the flankers.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Victoria's Secret stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

A fruit-forward scent with real sweetness, it appeals to those who like their perfume fun rather than formal. Buyers who avoid sugary fruit notes may find the passion fruit too much, although the pine keeps the drydown from turning syrupy.

The original Victoria's Secret Bombshell eau de parfum from 2010. Flankers such as Bombshell Gold and Bombshell Forever are separate products in our range.

Why is there pine in Bombshell?

Victoria's Secret lists Italian pine in the base as a twist on the fruity floral. It adds a fresh, resinous note beneath the vanilla orchid.
