Goddess Intense, inspired by Burberry Goddess Eau de Parfum Intense (2024)

Lavender essence opens Goddess Intense, herbal and slightly camphorous. The vanilla is layered: an infusion, vanilla caviar and an absolute, the same trio as the original Goddess, plus a fourth extracted from vanilla wood that adds a smoky tone. Patchouli gives the base an earthy depth. The result is richer and more ambery than the first Goddess.

About the original

Burberry launched Goddess Eau de Parfum Intense in August 2024 as a flanker of Goddess (2023). It comes in a refillable square bottle with a golden medallion, with Emma Mackey fronting the campaign. We have not found a perfumer credit for the Intense. A separate Goddess Parfum followed in July 2025, and Mugler's Alien Goddess Intense is unrelated.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Burberry stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Fans of the original Goddess who want more depth are the obvious audience. The smoky vanilla wood and patchouli make it darker. Anyone who liked the original without smoke may prefer to stay with it.

It keeps the lavender and three vanillas of Goddess Eau de Parfum and adds a fourth, smoky vanilla wood with patchouli. It reads more ambery and darker.

Is this Goddess Intense or Goddess Parfum?

This page is inspired by Goddess Eau de Parfum Intense from 2024. Goddess Parfum (2025) is a different flanker built around raspberry and suede.

Is it related to Mugler Alien Goddess Intense?

No. That is a Mugler fragrance with a similar name; this one belongs to Burberry's Goddess line.
