Goddess, inspired by Burberry Goddess (2023)

Goddess is a vanilla fragrance first, but the lavender changes its character: herbal and a little cool, it cuts through the sweetness from the start. The vanilla comes in three forms, a luminous, woody infusion at the top, a rich and slightly animalic vanilla caviar in the heart and a milky absolute in the base. Cocoa and ginger accords add a faint chocolate depth and a spicy flicker. It grows rounder and more comforting as it dries.

About the original

Burberry released Goddess on 1 July 2023, first on its own website and in travel retail. Amandine Clerc-Marie composed it, and Burberry presented it as its first refillable perfume. A Goddess Parfum followed in 2025.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Burberry stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Gourmand fans will recognise the territory, though the lavender gives it more lift than a straight vanilla. It is sweet and enveloping, and the vanilla is unmistakable from beginning to end, so it will not suit someone looking for a fresh or floral scent.

Is this Burberry Goddess or Mugler Alien Goddess?

Burberry Goddess (2023), a lavender and vanilla gourmand. Mugler Alien Goddess is a jasmine and vanilla floral from 2021, which we make separately.

Does it smell of lavender?

Yes. Lavender sits at the top alongside vanilla and gives the sweetness an aromatic edge.

How sweet is it?

Quite sweet, since vanilla leads at every stage. Lavender and ginger keep it from feeling purely dessert-like.

Inside the EU, delivery is free on orders of €49 or more. Below that it is a flat €4.99. Outside the EU, delivery is a flat €4.99 on every order. We send every order in 1 to 2 working days. It arrives in 3 to 7 days across the EU and in 7 to 14 days outside the EU. You have 14 days to return an unopened bottle.
