Daisy Dream Sunshine, inspired by Marc Jacobs Daisy Dream Sunshine (2019)

Raspberry comes first, sweet and fruity. Orange blossom follows and lends the middle a white-floral tone. Underneath sit solar musks, a musk style built to smell like skin after time in the sun. The effect is airy and sweet rather than dense, a light layer that keeps its fruity mood from start to finish.

About the original

Marc Jacobs released Daisy Dream Sunshine in early 2019 as one of four limited Sunshine editions, alongside Daisy, Daisy Love and Daisy Eau So Fresh. It came in a 50 ml Eau de Toilette bottle and took the main Daisy Dream as its starting point. The perfume is usually credited to Alberto Morillas. As a seasonal release it has since left the shelves, and it should be kept apart from the standard Daisy Dream, which remains a separate scent.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Marc Jacobs stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Fans of easy, fruit-led florals are its natural audience. It was sold as a summer edition, and its sweetness is plain from the first spray, so anyone looking for a green or dry floral may find it too sugary.
