The Story Behind the Scent

Diptyque built Eau Lente around opoponax, a sweet, balsamic resin, warmed with spice. The idea was slow, meditative warmth, rich and contemplative.

That warm depth is its appeal. The spices give it energy, the opoponax and incense make it resinous, and the amber and woods ground it. Our interpretation follows that same rich path.
