Odyssey Dubai Chocolat, inspired by Armaf Odyssey Dubai Chocolat (2025)

This one is modelled on the viral Dubai chocolate bar, the pistachio-filled one. Coffee and pistachio open it with roasted hazelnut and praline, so the first impression is of a café counter. Cardamom adds a green, aromatic spice to the chocolate and vanilla heart. Caramel, amberwood and tonka bean make the base sweet and resinous, and one review notes a slightly masculine lean from the coffee.

About the original

Armaf, a brand of Sterling Perfumes in the United Arab Emirates, launched Odyssey Dubai Chocolat in 2025, first as an airport duty-free exclusive in Abu Dhabi. The brand's own site spells it Dubai Chocolate and lists it as men's, while other retailers call it unisex. Its official note list mentions dark chocolate, cinnamon, patchouli and oud, which differs from the retailer pyramid used here. It is not the same as Armaf's Kunafa Chocolate scent in the Delights line.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Armaf stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Cool weather suits it best, according to a press review. Pistachio, coffee and caramel make it unmistakably sweet, so anyone who wants their chocolate dark and dry may find it too sugary.
