Oudgasm Tobacco 04, inspired by Kayali Oudgasm Tobacco Oud | 04 (2023)

Mandarin and plum open it with ripe fruit, while white honey and clary sage add a sticky, herbal edge. Clove and saffron then spice the heart. Tobacco leaf leads the base with oud, and praline and benzoin give it a toasted sweetness. Kayali calls it warm and enigmatic, and one launch report noted that the tobacco lends it an animalic tone.

About the original

Tobacco Oud | 04 is one of four Oudgasm scents Kayali launched in 2023, and it reached Europe in January 2024. The composition is credited to Hamid Merati-Kashani of dsm-firmenich, working with Mona Kattan. Our store lists it as Oudgasm Tobacco 04, but the official name includes the word Oud. A Bakhoor version also exists; this page is for the perfume.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Kayali stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Rich and spiced, it is aimed at people who enjoy tobacco with plenty of sweetness. The clove and the animalic side of the tobacco can feel heavy to anyone used to fresh or clean scents.
