Ra'ed Silver

Ra'ed Silver, inspired by Lattafa Ra'ed Silver (2021)

Citrus and mandarin make a quick, fresh opening before the spices move in. Cinnamon, clove and saffron then give the heart its character, with amber softening the heat. Saffron adds a leathery, slightly metallic tone that links into the base. Vanilla, leather, ambergris and agarwood (oud) finish it, and the vanilla keeps the leather and oud rounded.

About the original

Lattafa released Ra'ed Silver in 2021 as part of its Ra'ed line, which also includes Ra'ed Luxe, Absolu, Intensely and Oud. Some sellers label it Ra'ed Luxe Silver, but Lattafa lists Silver as its own product. The UK retailer Gush calls it traditionally masculine in feel but unisex in practice thanks to the vanilla base.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Lattafa stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

In feel it sits with classic spiced orientals: clove and cinnamon are prominent and the base is leathery. The vanilla softens it enough that it is not purely masculine. If clove or leather notes put you off, it is likely to feel too heavy.
