Stronger With You Tobacco, inspired by Emporio Armani Stronger With You Tobacco (2024)

Pepper starts it, black pepper and pimento, a hot allspice-like spice. Tobacco absolute follows, dry and leafy, with cinnamon leaf and the Stronger With You chestnut accord adding sweetness. The base mixes bourbon vanilla with smoked guaiac wood, benzoin and amber, so it finishes warm and resinous with a thread of smoke. Reviews describe it as more mature than the sweeter flankers.

About the original

Armani released Stronger With You Tobacco in February 2024 as a limited-edition flanker, following Stronger With You Amber in 2023. Unusually for the line, it was presented as unisex. It no longer appears in Armani's UK or US Stronger With You ranges, although some retailers, including in the Middle East, have still carried it. No perfumer has been confirmed.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Emporio Armani stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Cooler weather and evening wear are where reviews tend to place it. With tobacco, pepper and smoked wood, reviews find it less sugary than the sweeter flankers, and someone who dislikes smoky notes may find it heavy.

It was a limited edition. So far, we have found no announcement from Emporio Armani about a re-release. Our version is an eau de parfum in 50 ml or 100 ml.
