Good Girl Gone Bad, inspired by Kilian Paris Good Girl Gone Bad (2012)

Osmanthus leads, a small Asian blossom whose scent recalls apricot skin and a little leather, giving the opening a fruity, glowing tone. Tuberose then takes centre stage, heady and lush, with jasmine and narcissus behind it; narcissus adds a faintly green, hay-like shade. Rose and orange blossom fill out the bouquet. It is dense and floral throughout.

About the original

Alberto Morillas composed Good Girl Gone Bad for By Kilian in 2012, as part of the In the Garden of Good and Evil collection. Kilian describes it as half-innocent, half-voluptuous, and the house, now Kilian Paris, files it today among The Narcotics, its family of heady florals. Flankers include Good Girl Gone Bad Extreme, which we also make, and an Eau Fraîche. Despite the similar name, it has no connection with Carolina Herrera's Good Girl.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Kilian Paris (By Kilian) stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Fans of tuberose and big white flowers are the natural audience. The bouquet is heady and fairly opulent, so a buyer who finds tuberose cloying should approach with care.
