Good Girl Legere, inspired by Carolina Herrera Good Girl Légère (2018)

Tangerine opens it gently, with none of the roasted coffee that starts the original Good Girl. Jasmine sambac is the main flower, given a fuller, slightly fruity body by ylang-ylang. The base is where it earns its gourmand label: a dulce de leche accord, like caramelised condensed milk, blended with tonka bean. It reads as a milky, sweet floral, lighter and softer than the original.

About the original

Carolina Herrera launched Good Girl Eau de Parfum Légère in February 2018 as a lighter, more floral counterpart to Good Girl (2016). The brand describes it as lighter and softer than the original. Compared with Good Girl, it drops the coffee, tones down tuberose and puts jasmine and ylang-ylang forward. It is still listed on Carolina Herrera's French site.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Carolina Herrera stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

It suits those who like Good Girl but find the original too heavy. The dulce de leche note is distinctly sweet and lactonic, which some people love and others find cloying.

How is Good Girl Légère different from Good Girl?

It is lighter and more floral. There is no coffee note, tuberose is toned down and the base centres on a milky dulce de leche accord with tonka bean. We make both.

Like caramelised sweetened milk: creamy, sugary and slightly toasted.
