Pure Musc For Her, inspired by Narciso Rodriguez for her Pure Musc (2019)

Musk is the whole point here, and it arrives straight away: clean, slightly soapy, close to the smell of warm skin after a shower. Orange blossom and jasmine sit inside it, adding a pale floral glow without turning it into a bouquet. Cashmeran, a material with a soft woody, almost suede-like feel, gives the base some substance. It stays calm and even from start to finish.

About the original

Narciso Rodriguez launched Pure Musc in 2019 as a flanker of the for her line, with Sonia Constant as perfumer. The brand presented it as the purest expression of the for her musk, designed to be worn alone or layered with other scents in the range. It comes in a white bottle. In 2026 the brand added for her Pure Musc Blanc, a separate Eau de Parfum Intense with a different note list; this page follows the 2019 Pure Musc.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Narciso Rodriguez stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Clean-scent fans will recognise the style at once. It fits everyday wear across the year and suits workplaces where a heavier perfume would feel out of place. Next to sweeter or more dramatic perfumes it can seem plain.

Pure Musc, the 2019 Eau de Parfum in the white bottle. Pure Musc Blanc (2026) is a newer Eau de Parfum Intense with different notes.

It shares the musk at the heart of the line but drops the rose, peach and patchouli, so it smells cleaner and more transparent.
