Poison Girl is Dior’s bright, playful gourmand reinterpretation of the Poison legacy, and our version keeps that sweet, modern character, built around the same notes with strong, lasting wear.

The Story Behind the Scent

Poison Girl arrived in 2016, composed by Francois Demachy as a contemporary reinterpretation of the Poison legacy for a younger audience. The brief was a gourmand floral built around bitter orange and lemon, rose and orange blossom, and a base of bitter almond, tonka bean and vanilla, bright and playful where the 1985 original reads dense and grown up.

Our interpretation rebuilds that modern gourmand at 40 percent perfume oil concentration so the citrus opening, the rose heart and the almond vanilla base project and last well on skin.

How Our Version Compares to the Original

We build ours as an eau de parfum with a high perfume oil load and sell direct, so you get the same sweet gourmand floral character with strong projection and longevity.
