Place Vendome White Gold, inspired by Boucheron Place Vendôme White Gold (2015)

Pear gives the opening a pale, watery fruitiness, sharpened by bergamot and pink pepper. At the heart, jasmine and peony meet pomegranate, which adds a tart red-fruit note. Woods and vanilla take over below, with cedar and sandalwood keeping the sweetness in proportion. Press at the time classed it as a woody floriental.

About the original

Boucheron released White Gold around August 2015 as a limited-edition flanker of Place Vendôme, the house's 2013 eau de parfum. It was a softer, fruitier variation on that original. No perfumer has been named for it. As a limited edition, it is no longer produced.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Boucheron stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Its fruit-and-vanilla rounding suits women who like a polished floral with some sweetness. Pomegranate and pear make it fruitier than many woody florals, which may not appeal to fans of drier, greener scents.

It was released in 2015 as a limited edition and is no longer produced.

White Gold is a 2015 flanker of the 2013 Place Vendôme eau de parfum. It was presented as softer and fruitier, with pear and pomegranate in the composition.

Is Boucheron Place Vendome White Gold coming back?

It was a limited edition. So far, we have found no announcement from Boucheron about a re-release. Our version is an eau de parfum in 50 ml or 100 ml.
