One Million Royal

One Million Royal, inspired by Rabanne 1 Million Royal (2023)

1 Million Royal starts with citrus, mandarin and bergamot, lifted by cardamom. Lavender quickly becomes the centre, herbal and a touch floral, supported by sage and the green, slightly metallic note of violet leaf. Benzoin, a vanilla-scented resin, gives the base a balsamic sweetness, while cedar and patchouli keep it woody.

About the original

Rabanne launched 1 Million Royal in 2023 as a Parfum flanker of 1 Million (2008), in a gold ingot bottle with red jewel-like accents. A review site credits Quentin Bisch and Christophe Raynaud, which Rabanne has not confirmed. The brand describes it as fresh, woody and flamboyant, with an energising lavender heart wrapped in benzoin and cedar.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Rabanne (formerly Paco Rabanne) stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Reviews describe it as more mature and versatile than the original, with autumn and winter suggested as its best seasons. The lavender is prominent, so anyone expecting a sweet gourmand will find it more herbal than that.
