About the original

Paco Rabanne Pour Homme was the house's first men's fragrance, launched in 1973 and credited by databases to Jean Martel. Rabanne cites it as one of the first aromatic fougères. After the 2023 rebrand from Paco Rabanne to Rabanne, it is still sold under its original name. It predates the brand's later men's lines such as 1 Million, Invictus and Black XS.
