Parade, inspired by Celine Parade (2019)

Parade opens like a refined cologne: neroli, the bitter-orange blossom with its green, slightly soapy brightness, and bergamot for citrus sparkle. Within a short while the citrus gives way to musk, clean and gently powdery. Oakmoss adds a shaded, faintly earthy depth that keeps it from reading as purely fresh, and vetiver lends a dry, grassy line at the base. The finish is quiet, smooth and well pressed.

About the original

Celine introduced Parade in November 2019 as one of the nine original scents of its Haute Parfumerie collection, created under Hedi Slimane. The house does not name the perfumers, though Fashion Network reported that Slimane worked with three noses on the line. Celine describes it as musky and powdery, inspired by men's tailoring and the figure of the dandy. A Parade body lotion, soap and hair mist were added in 2024 and 2025.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Celine stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Spring and summer are the seasons people most often name for it, and its clean, musky style suits both men and women. Fans of crisp neroli who find classic colognes too sharp may appreciate the musk and moss. The powdery side may disappoint anyone looking for a zesty, purely citrus fragrance.

Celine sells it as unisex. Its tailored, musky character was inspired by menswear but suits either.

Does Parade smell powdery?

Gently. The musk gives it a soft powdery quality after the neroli opening, though it stays clean rather than cosmetic.

Is Parade still part of the Celine range?

Yes, it remains in the Haute Parfumerie collection, which has since gained Parade body care.
