Pegasus Exclusive, inspired by Parfums de Marly Pegasus Exclusif (2020)

Almond is the thread that runs through Pegasus Exclusif, rounded and slightly marzipan-like, introduced by a peppery flash of pink peppercorn and cardamom. Lavender, orange blossom and geranium form a floral-aromatic middle that rounds off the spice. The base grows deeper: vanilla and ambrox on one side, oud and guaiac wood (a smoky, tarry wood) on the other.

About the original

Pegasus Exclusif followed in 2020 as a Parfum-concentration variation of Pegasus, the house's 2011 Eau de Parfum. The brand groups it with its Exclusifs and sells it as a masculine fragrance. Its formula is usually credited to Hamid Merati-Kashani. Our listing spells it 'Pegasus Exclusive', but the house name is Exclusif.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Parfums de Marly stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Lovers of almond and vanilla who still want a woody, slightly smoky backbone are the best fit. The sweetness is substantial and the oud adds a dark edge, so it can feel heavy if you prefer fresh or citrus scents.
