Aqua Allegoria Pera Granita, inspired by Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Pera Granita (2016)

Pera Granita is built like a frozen dessert: pear at the centre, made tart and chilly by grapefruit, lemon and bergamot. Osmanthus gives the pear a faint apricot tone so it does not read as a single fruit. The finish is light, a woody musk with a little oakmoss, and the whole composition stays sheer from start to end.

About the original

Pera Granita belongs to Guerlain's Aqua Allegoria line; fragrance references date it to 2016 and credit Thierry Wasser. Guerlain's own copy describes juicy pear and bergamot essence, zested grapefruit and lemon, and an osmanthus accord with apricot facets over a woody, musky base. It is sold as an eau de toilette, now in refillable bottles with a 200 ml refill.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Guerlain stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.
