Coconut milk arrives first, smooth and milky, without the suntan-lotion sweetness of many coconut scents. Rose follows and takes the centre, kept dewy rather than jammy. Underneath sits what the brand calls chilled amber, a cooler, airier take on the resinous warmth amber usually brings. The overall effect is quiet and rounded, more lotion-on-skin than statement floral.

About the original

Victoria's Secret sold this scent in its Natural Beauty body care collection, where 'Calm' was the mood tag printed on the packaging. The original was a fragrance mist with a matching lotion and wash; no eau de parfum version has been found. The scent continues today as Coconut Milk Rose, offered as a hair and body mist alongside lotion, body oil and wash. It is separate from the Coconut Milk & Rose face skincare range that Victoria's Secret introduced in 2023.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Victoria's Secret stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Its gentleness is the main draw: a rose that stays gentle, softened by coconut. Everyday wear is where it fits best. Lovers of dramatic, dark roses or strongly tropical coconut will probably find it too mild.

A body mist: Victoria's Secret released it as a Natural Beauty fragrance mist, not an eau de parfum. Our version is an eau de parfum.
