Elie Saab Le Parfum, inspired by Elie Saab Le Parfum (2011)

Orange blossom opens the scent, bright and fresh. Jasmine sambac and jasmine grandiflorum follow, and between them they give the heart its body. Underneath lies a honey accord blended with rose, which lends a golden sweetness, while cedar and patchouli add structure. Even at its richest it stays luminous rather than dense.

About the original

Le Parfum was the couture house's first fragrance, launched in July 2011 and composed by Francis Kurkdjian. The brand said 279 trial versions came before the final formula. Sylvie de France designed the bottle, and Anja Rubik appeared in the campaign. Elie Saab has since built a large family around it, including an eau de toilette, Intense, Absolu and Royal; this page refers to the original eau de parfum.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Elie Saab stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Honey and white flowers make this richer than a fresh floral, yet it carries no heavy vanilla or gourmand weight. Wearers sensitive to jasmine may find the heart intense.

The original Elie Saab Le Parfum eau de parfum from 2011. Intense, Royal, Absolu and the other versions are separate compositions.

Yes, in the base. A honey accord blended with rose adds sweetness beneath the orange blossom and jasmine.
