Chloé Love Story arrived in 2014, composed by Anne Flipo, with a bottle bearing a small padlock as its visual signature. The brief drew on the Paris tradition of love locks affixed to bridges by couples sealing their commitment. Flipo built the composition around stephanotis (the so-called “flower of happiness,” traditionally used in bridal bouquets), framing it with orange blossom, neroli, and a soft cedar base. The result reads polished, slightly romantic, and exceptionally wearable. Love Story became one of the most popular Chloé feminines of the 2010s, particularly favoured by brides for the obvious reasons. It remains in production on chloe.com today.
