Magnolia Nobile

Magnolia Nobile, inspired by Acqua di Parma Magnolia Nobile (2009)

Magnolia Nobile opens with Calabrian bergamot, Sicilian lemon and citron, a clean citrus light that frames the flower. Magnolia then takes centre stage, lemony and creamy, with Bulgarian rose, tuberose absolute and jasmine sambac adding fullness. The base is sandalwood, patchouli and vetiver, with Madagascar vanilla smoothing the edges.

About the original

Launched in July 2009, Magnolia Nobile joined the Nobili collection after Iris Nobile (2004). Antoine Maisondieu is credited with the composition. An eau de toilette version, Acqua Nobile Magnolia, followed in 2013, and Magnolia Infinita (2022) is a separate scent. Magnolia Nobile is still sold by the brand.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Acqua di Parma stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Polished and feminine, it sits between fresh and opulent. The citrus keeps the white flowers airy. Tuberose can be heady, so a test on skin is a good idea.
