Olympea Parfum, inspired by Rabanne Olympéa Parfum (2024)

Pink pepper and a green accord give the first minutes a crisp, almost leafy feel, and clary sage adds a herbal, slightly musky edge. The flowers take over soon after, rose and jasmine with orange blossom, full but not syrupy. Benzoin, a balsamic resin with a vanilla-caramel smell, deepens the vanilla in the base, and musk smooths it out.

About the original

Rabanne added the Parfum to its Olympéa women's line in 2024, presented in a glossy black bottle with a gold cap and wings. It is a separate scent from the original Olympéa eau de parfum of 2015 and from Olympéa Intense and Olympéa Solar. One retailer describes it as a hypnotic ambery green floral. We have not found a perfumer credit from the brand.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Rabanne stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Green at the top yet distinctly vanilla and resin underneath, it makes sense for women who like amber florals. Rose and jasmine are prominent, which may not please someone looking for a gourmand vanilla without flowers.

It is a 2024 flanker with its own note list, led by a green, peppery opening and rose and jasmine. The original Olympéa eau de parfum from 2015 is a separate scent that we also make.

What concentration is the original Olympéa Parfum?

Rabanne sells it as a Parfum. Our version is made in eau de parfum strength, 50 or 100 ml.

Is Olympéa Parfum very sweet?

The green and sage opening is dry, but vanilla and benzoin make the base sweet and resinous.
