Babe Power, inspired by Missguided Babe Power (2017)

Babe Power opens with a burst of grapefruit zest and sour cherry, crunchy apple and a pinch of pink pepper keeping it lively. Orange blossom, peony and jasmine make a pretty, fresh-faced floral middle. Then comes the sugar: candy floss and vanilla, held together by musk and amber. The result is playful and sweet from start to finish, with the fruit giving way to a fairground-style base.

About the original

Babe Power launched in June 2017 as Missguided's debut fragrance and the first of its Babe range, an 80 ml eau de parfum in a bottle shaped like an energy-drink can. A body spray version was also sold. Superdrug listed it as vegan and cruelty-free. It was marketed to a young audience as a confidence boost. Missguided's own website no longer sells fragrance, and some UK retailers may still have leftover stock.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Missguided stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Sweet is the key word here, because the candy floss base is prominent. Younger wearers and anyone who enjoys sugary, fruity scents will feel at home with it. Dry, green or woody perfume fans should probably look elsewhere.

Is Missguided Babe Power coming back?

So far, we have found no announcement from Missguided that it will return. Our version is an eau de parfum in 50 ml or 100 ml.

Inside the EU, delivery is free on orders of €49 or more. Below that it is a flat €4.99. Outside the EU, delivery is a flat €4.99 on every order. We send every order in 1 to 2 working days. It arrives in 3 to 7 days across the EU and in 7 to 14 days outside the EU. You have 14 days to return an unopened bottle.
