Angels' Share on the Rocks, inspired by Kilian Paris Angels' Share On The Rocks (2025)

Bergamot, grapefruit, bitter orange and lemon combine with aldehydes into a fizzy accord meant to evoke cognac poured over ice. That chill fades into the familiar heart of Angels' Share: cognac, cinnamon bark and tonka bean. Oak absolute and myrrh resin give the base a cask-like dryness. It is brighter at first than the original, though the drydown remains sweet and ambery.

About the original

Kilian Paris added Angels' Share On The Rocks to The Liquors collection in 2025 as a colder variation of Angels' Share (2020). Benoist Lapouza is credited as the perfumer. Retailers list an On the Rocks accord of bergamot, grapefruit and aldehydes with cognac, myrrh and tonka, while launch coverage also names bitter orange, lemon, cinnamon and oak. It is a different scent from Apple Brandy On The Rocks.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Kilian Paris stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Admirers of Angels' Share who found it too heavy may welcome the cooler opening. Once the citrus fades it is still a sweet cognac and tonka scent, so anyone wanting a properly fresh fragrance will find it too rich.

No. Apple Brandy On The Rocks is a separate Kilian scent built on apple brandy. We make both.
