The Story Behind the Scent

Frédéric Malle built Carnal Flower to capture the living smell of tuberose, green and creamy and almost breathing. The idea was a realistic, sensual white floral of the highest quality.

That lush realism is why it became a modern classic. The melon keeps it fresh, the tuberose is huge and creamy, and the coconut and musk make it sensual. Our interpretation follows that same lush path.
