The Story Behind the Scent

Ben Gorham named Eleventh Hour to evoke the contemplation of fleeting time, the moment when daylight fades and travelers gather for the last hours of journey. Jerome Epinette designed the composition around Ban Timur, a Nepalese pepper variety with warm citrus-spicy character, paired with fig, carrot seeds, and warm rum-tonka base for a richly atmospheric Burmese forest character.

How It Smells

The opening is immediately bright and slightly green with bergamot laced by unusual carrot seeds and aromatic fig creating an exotic introduction. There is an instant sense of adventurous niche refinement.

The heart introduces warm Ban Timur pepper and continuing fig, building the spicy character that distinguishes Eleventh Hour from typical niche compositions.
