Lovers, inspired by Louis Vuitton LV Lovers (2024)

LV Lovers was built around sunlight and photosynthesis, and you smell that idea in the galbanum, a resin with the scent of a freshly cut green stem. Ginger gives it a crisp, peppery spark, with bergamot adding citrus at the very start. Cedarwood and sandalwood then move to the front, drier and woodier as it goes. The overall effect is dewy and foliage-like, green woods rather than a citrus cologne.

About the original

LV Lovers, stylised LVERS, was Pharrell Williams' first fragrance for Louis Vuitton, launched in July 2024. Jacques Cavallier Belletrud created it with him, and some coverage also credits Camille Cavallier. The name plays on the LV initials and the word lovers. Louis Vuitton places it among its men's scents, although some press has described it as unisex.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Louis Vuitton stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Galbanum leads, so it suits someone who enjoys green, slightly bitter notes. The woods keep it grounded and dry. A buyer wanting a sweet or ambery men's scent may find it too leafy.
