Remember Me, inspired by Jovoy Paris Remember Me (2018)

Cardamom leads, with bergamot and lemon giving the spice a clean, zesty top. Within minutes the scent moves into tea, sharpened by ginger, while frangipani adds a tropical, faintly buttery flower. A milk accord then smooths everything over, so the result reads like a cup of sweet spiced tea rather than a cake. Vanilla and cedar give the drydown a dry wooden frame that stops it going syrupy.

About the original

Cécile Zarokian composed Remember Me for the Paris house Jovoy, and it was released in August 2018. Jovoy says the idea came to her in Doha, where she was struck by karak tea, and that she paired it with frangipani. It is one of the house's best-sellers and is still sold today, now in 75 ml and 15 ml rather than the original 100 ml.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Jovoy Paris stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Tea drinkers and fans of spiced gourmands are the natural audience, and Jovoy lists it for all seasons, day and night. The milky texture and frangipani give it a rich, rounded feel that may not satisfy someone wanting a crisp, clear tea scent.
