Freedom Musk Bouquet, inspired by Kayali Freedom Musk Bouquet | 27 (2025)

Musk Bouquet opens on radiant white flowers: solar jasmine (jasmine given a sun-warmed character) and ylang-ylang, with a pinch of pink pepper. Turkish rose joins in the heart alongside vanilla musk, which gives the flowers a clean, soft haze. Sandalwood, praline and vetiver make the base, the praline adding a little sweetness and the vetiver a dry, grassy line. Overall it is airier and sheerer than Kayali's gourmands.

About the original

Kayali announced Freedom Musk Bouquet in November 2025, and it went on sale on 18 November. It is one of four musk-anchored scents in the Freedom collection, launched together with Musk Santal 34, Musk Matcha 45 and Musk Latte 41. The perfumer is Nathalie Lorson of dsm-firmenich, who describes it as a sheer musk.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Kayali stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

Someone who usually reaches for clean musks but wants more flowers in the mix is the obvious match. Jasmine and ylang-ylang are prominent, so test it if heady white florals bother you. Praline makes it lightly sweet rather than sugary.

The Freedom collection is built around musk. Musk Bouquet 27 is its floral member, with jasmine, ylang-ylang and rose, while its launch-mates are named after santal, matcha and latte.

Is it a gourmand like many Kayali scents?

Not really. There is praline in the base, but the perfumer calls it a sheer musk and the flowers lead.
