Chance Eau Splendide, inspired by Chanel Chance Eau Splendide (2025)

A raspberry accord leads, ripe but not jammy, with rose and violet giving it a floral, faintly powdered tone. The heart turns to rose geranium from Grasse, whose green, slightly minty facet freshens the fruit. Iris adds a dusty powder before the base settles on cedar and white musk. Overall it is fruitier and more colourful than the original Chance.

About the original

Chanel released Chance Eau Splendide in April 2025 as the newest flanker in the Chance line. Olivier Polge, the house's in-house perfumer, created it. It sits alongside Chance, Chance Eau Fraîche and Chance Eau Tendre, each a separate fragrance. Chanel added 35 and 150 ml sizes after the launch.

Our version

Ours is an independent eau de parfum made to evoke the same character. It is not Chanel stock, not an official relaunch and not the original formula.

Who it suits

It suits someone who likes fruity florals with a little powder. Raspberry leads the opening, so wearers who prefer a drier, less fruity floral may find it too sweet.
